Description:
Fur Exclusive is a luxury mobile grooming company in Austin. We’re hiring 2 groomers to join our team. New Mercedes Sprinter vans (Hanvey conversion), no generator noise, fully stocked with premium tools.
What We Offer:
• Choose 3, 4, or 5-day workweek (8AM–6PM)
• $55K–$90K per year
• 40% commission + 100% tips
• Guaranteed minimum pay for first 60 days
• Blue Cross Blue Shield medical & dental (company contributes $200/mo)
• Paid vacation
• All tools/products provided
• Supportive owner (handles scheduling, routing, and client communication)
• Well-planned routes — no rushing, no burnout
Your Day-To-Day:
• Groom dogs in our mobile vans across Austin
• Handle pets safely and kindly
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Keep your grooming space clean and organized
Requirements:
• 2 of years grooming experience (mobile experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license + comfortable driving Sprinter-sized vans
• Clean driving record
• Background check required
Job Details:
• W2 position
• Biweekly pay via direct deposit
• Work on the road across Austin
