Growing upscale residential and commercial repainting company is looking for a driven, organized, and proactive Assistant Project Manager to help keep projects moving at a high level.
This is not a desk job.

Every day is different. You will work directly with project managers, crews, suppliers, and clients to help projects stay on schedule, maintain quality standards, and create an outstanding customer experience.

This role combines field coordination, logistics, quality control, client interaction, and hands-on project support.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
Meet with project managers daily to prioritize needs, solve issues, and keep projects moving efficiently
Coordinate materials, scheduling support, and field logistics across multiple active job sites
Help identify potential project delays, quality concerns, or communication breakdowns before they become larger problems
Maintain clear communication with crews, project managers, suppliers, and clients throughout the day
Field Leadership & Quality Control
Participate in project walkthroughs with clients and project managers
Help ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations
Support punch-list completion, touch-ups, and final project closeout
Assist in maintaining organized, professional, high-performing job sites
Documentation & Accountability
Document project progress with photos, notes, and daily updates
Prepare final project documentation including colors, products, scope details, and client records
Manage daily planning and follow-through to ensure strong execution across multiple projects
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and make good decisions in the field
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with both crews and clients
Spanish required
Experience in residential painting, construction, or field operations preferred
Basic understanding of repaint processes, paint products, and job-site operations
Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for communication and documentation
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
