Poke Austin is a fast-casual Hawaiian-style restaurant where we build fresh, customizable poké bowls right in front of our guests. We’re a small, family-run business focused on great food, friendly service, and a positive work environment.

Pay & Benefits
$10/hour starting base pay
+$2.50/hour performance bonus (on-time attendance, completing assigned shifts, and task fulfillment)
Tips average $4–$10/hour depending on customer interaction
Total hourly pay range: $12.50–$25+/hour
Schedule Needed
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required
Lunch Shift: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM (or later if you want more hours)
Dinner Shift: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve poké bowls for walk-in and online orders
Provide friendly, attentive customer service
Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked
Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Valid TABC Certification
Valid Food Handler Certificate
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable interacting with customers
