Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable stay. Your duties will include:

• Welcoming guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Checking guests in and out efficiently, using our property management system.
• Responding to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Managing reservations and ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs.
• Handling phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to service excellence. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Tech-savviness: Proficiency in hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, FOSSE, or similar) is a plus.
