๐ฅ๐JOB DESCRIPTION:
The right person will help to lead the team in running daily ops. Youโll need to lead by example, inspiring staff to connect, smile and hustle in service of all our super excited hot chicken seekers. You can expect to work 45-55 hours a week and share in the open, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities with other managers. Our places are jumping โ we work hard โ but we work together. We are looking for folks that can maturely handle the stress of a busy shift and thrive while doing so. Youโve got to prioritize the experience of our staff and our guests.
๐ฅ๐ REQUIREMENTS:
*At least 3 years in a high volume/ management position.
*Must have a least 3 references from former supervisors.
*Seeking patient and thoughtful leaders that want to inspire, develop and coach a team.
๐ฅ๐ BENEFITS:
*Starting wages are dependent on experience. $55k-65k for AMs , $65-75k for AGMs, 75k+ for GMs
* All salaried managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus. (And yes, our teams actually see them!)
AM's= 10% bonus, AGM = 15% bonus, GM= 20% bonus.
* 45-55 hour work weeks. * We are closed or open half days on most major holidays.
* Managers receive 15 days of Personal Time after 90 days and 20 days PTO on their 5-year anniversary.
* Health Insurance, Sick Pay and Short-Term Disability upon hire. + We pay 50% of the health insurance premiums for you and your family.
* Eligibility to enroll in our 401k retirement plan with matching up to 4% of annual salary.
* GMs can receive 6 months salary and one month sabbatical after 5 years as GM.
* Opportunity for Market Manager or Regional roles as we expand.
