Responsibilities:
Wh You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operions to deliver a seamless, eleved dining experience across multiple meal periods.
- Direct and develop a team of managers and associes, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
- Drive operional performance through consistent execution of systems, processes, and service standards.
- Oversee financial performance, managing budgets, forecasting, and stregic initiives to achieve and exceed profitability goals.
- Partner closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure menu quality, operional flow, and a strong wine and beverage culture.
- Champion guest sisfaction and brand repution by ensuring service excellence and quick resolution of all guest concerns.
- Collabore cross-functionally with corpore, marketing, and hotel leadership to align on promotions, activions, and business goals.
Wh You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing multiple leaders across diverse front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Strong background in dining operions, with deep knowledge of wine and food pairings (Sommelier certificion not required).
- Experience managing multiple meal periods; prior oversight of In-Room Dining operions is a plus.
- Process-driven approach with exceptional organizional and operional execution skills.
- Demonstred success in developing people and driving positive team culture.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term growth.
- Strong communicion, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
