Receives and seat our members and guests in the Dining Room during dinner service and other special events, while ensuring that our members are given friendly, attentive and efficient service. Required attendance would be anywhere from two to four nights per week (8-16 hours per week/shifts are from 4:30pm-8:30pm any evening Wednesday - Saturday selected at management discretion) plus any special events on additional days, which can be discussed at the interview.
Welcomes each member with a smile and friendly greeting and escorts them to their assigned table.
Maintains reservation book, notes reservations and special requests by members.
Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas.
Checks all tables daily, before service to ensure proper settings.
Communicates member requests and concerns to the department manager.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
(2) years of high school, high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
