Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents
Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities
Process rental applications and lease paperwork
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with resident inquiries
Help maintain occupancy goals through excellent customer service
Support community marketing and resident retention efforts
Qualifications:
Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience with property management software is a plus
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable transportation
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday–Friday
Weekend availability may be required based on community needs
We Offer:
$18–$20 per hour (DOE)
