Whitetail Deer Hunting in Central Texas (Fredonia, TX)

We at CTW Outfitters offer weekend hunts (Thursday night through Sunday morning, 3 night stay) every weekend from November 28-January 14. We have lodging on our property that is included in a weekend hunt. 3 bedrooms with 5 bunk beds and 4 full sized beds. 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a TV and WiFi. Bring the family! We can guarantee 6 total hunts (Thursday night, Friday morning and evening, Saturday morning and evening, and a Sunday morning hunt).
We typically require a 2 hunter minimum per weekend, but arrangements can be made for solo hunters. We have low fencing so we cannot guarantee anything but we are currently seeing lots of doe and bucks at all of our feeders.
The initial payment is $1,200 per hunter which covers
-lodging (all beds have sheets, empty fridge for your own groceries, and TV has Roku capabilities)
-6 hunts
-1 lunch provided by us (catered from a local diner; think burgers, tacos, and sandwiches)
-one night where we build you a fire in our outdoor fire pit
-transportation to and from our deer blinds
-up to 2 doe OR 2 Spike OR a doe/spike combination
-outdoor fridge and freezer for any deer shot
There are kill fees for bucks
An 8pt buck would bring your weekend total to $2,500 ($1,300 kill fee)
A 10pt buck would bring your weekend total to $3,500 ($2,300 kill fee)
We only have whitetail on our property (no mule or axis deer) but we also have turkey and hogs that can be hunted at no additional charge.
