Brand new never opened
I bought 3 of these awhile back they cost me basically 300 a piece after tax I am aware that the price has gone down I installed 2 of them and didn’t need to install this one it would have been over kill
Is a great fan and is rated for indoor or outdoors. My loss your gain.
