This case is still new but the plexiglass top has been pushed in, see pics and video. You might be able to glue it in.
The drawers and top open smoothly. The watch holders are tight in each of the slots and you kind of have to pull to get them out. sometimes it tears the fabric on the sides of the holders but it's not major. See pics and I can send a video.
