GE Kiln (manufactured in Victoria to Australian Standards AS 3820):
Capacity: 115L capacity
Single phase (32 Amp) – 5-side heating – 7.68 KW with Controller & Overfire Regulator setup with 2 x thermocouples.

This kiln can be fired to max 1300 °C, but was run fortnightly for 3 years on 1000 °C to 1260 °C cycles and has been in undercover storage for the last 8 years. It requires a new controller and a full empty cycle at 500 °C to burn-off environmental moisture otherwise it is a very reliable kiln in perfect condition.
GE Kilns are quality handmade Potters kilns – fully stainless steel throughout, with stainless steel yellow powder coated frame. It features an exclusive interlocking insulation brick system which reduces wear from kiln usage by allowing expansion & contraction during firing which greatly reduces the problem of brick spitting that occurs in glued brick kilns.
