Unlike Segway, no need for balancing. Great for;
(1) Elderly or partial-handicap persons in tours on vacation i.e. (touring the Mall in Washington DC), or
(2) for mild nature walks/path excursions, or
(3) in an emergency in car breakdown to get help, or
(4) as a children's toy.
Has a head light, signal lights, tail-light and horn buttons on the handle-bars. Also has; battery charge, speedometer gauges and light-indicators on the dash console.
New, rechargeable: 3 batteries, 12V-12AH Comes with a charger and a clip-on utility basket.

No odometer, used very little.
Weighs about 80 lbs. with the three batteries.
The console/handlebars folds down. It has a hand turning knob at the base of the pole that allows it to fold over the base stand, between the wheels.
Max weight is rated at 350 lbs.
