With five vertical and horizontal locking positions, you can expand your training routine to perform different lifts and target various muscle groups. Removing the vertical and horizontal pins gives you free-motion capabilities, which is ideal for exercises involving converging or diverging movements, bringing a whole new experience to your training regimen.
The adjustable bent handles offer a range of grip options and are coated with durable Tuff Coat paint to ensure a secure, no-slip grip during every lift.
