This is a used tabletop bird play stand. We had this stand set up on the kitchen bar and our Severe Macaw would spend hours on it every day, talking to me while I worked and cooked in the kitchen. It has two bowl holders for food and water, and a sanitary tray at the bottom to catch bird waste. I didn't measure it but for size reference I would say its less than two feet wide.
