Everything posted on this ad is coming from a Non-Smoking and Pet Free Home
- Two (2) mixed in color cloth Grey, Black and White Side Chairs without the yellow pillow.
($110.00 for the pair). No Stains, Rips or Tears.
- Two (2) Box Style Footstools with lid for storage. The color is cloth with mixed Grey, Black and White.
16’ x 16” square by 17” tall. ($25.00 for the pair).
- Two Metal Yard Art - one is a metal mushroom style birdhouse and the other one is a metal birdhouse with metal flowers on the lower section. Both have a rusty rustic look, standing approx. 6’ tall. ($30.00 each or both for $50.00).
- 20” Harbor Breeze Patio Ceiling Fan. Speeds - low, medium and high. Hangs from a ceiling hook and is 110v plug in.
One year old and sells at LOWE’S for $110.00. (my price - $55.00)
- Two piece Dark Brown Patio Wicker Sofa and Chair with back and seat cushions and pillows.
The cushions are grey and the pillows are red and white. Both pieces are in great shape.
(The sofa rear leg is supported by an extra piece of wood only because I’m not able to fix the seat frame with a screw but it is sturdy as it sits right now and we use it daily. (my price for the set with everything is ($85.00 O.B.O.)
- Garden house and reel (I’m not sure of the exact length of the hose but I think it’s either a 50’ or 100’.
Works great, we just don’t need (my price is $25.00 for both hose and real).
- One of a kind Black Firepit. Stands about 3’ to 4’. There were only seven (7) of these Custom Specially Built for a wedding used to outline the driveway. It’s made of a heavy steel with vent holes in the floor base. Also comes with the Black Firepit tools and stand. (my price for the firepit and tools is $85.00)
- Custom built tree hanging swing and stainless steel chain and hooks.
Holds weights up to 400lbs. (my price for the chain and seat is $45.00).
- Green Orbit Tripod Yard Sprinkler, extends from 16” to 37.5”, allowing for height adjustments.
Sells at Walmart for $39.88, it’s 1 year old. (my price is $25.00).
- Two potted plants with the pots and dirt. Honestly I can’t remember what type of plants I planted are but the buyer probably would know, sorry. I definitely don’t have a green thumb. The pots are 18” - 20” square and 18” tall.
(my price is $30.00 for each pot with the plant or $50.00 for both pots and plants).
The teal chairs, teal glider swing seat and the windmill in the pictures are “SOLD”, paid for and waiting for the buyer to pick up.
