Complete Queen size bed with headboards, footboard, rails, box springs, and mattress. Headboard is very nice and very comfy to lean against sitting up in bed. Footboard is missing the padded panel but I just hung a blanket over it and forgot it was missing. Or if you are crafty you could easily make a padded fabric panel to fit there. Mattress is firm but comfortable. Bed really makes a statement! Bed is upstairs and heavy so it will take two strong people to move it.
