Condition: Very Good.
This is a well constructed couch with solid wood. Sits deep. Is comfortable enough to sleep upon. Gently used. This couch has had limited use, and has always had a cover on it. These days it's just taking up space, so would love to see it get a new home.

Original furniture tag shown in photos. 1) Solid hardwoods used at all stress points. 2) computer cut wood parts with extra glue and stapling. 3) High resiliency foam. 4) Fiber-wrapped seat cushions. 5) Blown-Fiber back. 6) Precision tailoring and inspection. 7) 12-guage steel springs in the back and heavier 8-guage steel in the seat providing comfort and flexibility. Springs are held by computer-positioned clips for consistency and long-term wear. 8) Edges smooth with foam and fiber padding. 9. Reinforced arm parts strengthen the weakest point in the frame construction with secured wood slats.
