* Furniture: [e.g., upholstered bed frame (fraying from my cat clawing lol, but otherwise in great shape, wicker coffee table, 2 kitchen counter stools, large six drawer dresser (vintage!) that has been painted but can be sanded and restored, chest of drawers (matches the dresser, has not been painted, a broken knob/handle, otherwise great condition, VINTAGE, large vintage trunk for storage, metal shelf (painted gold) with glass shelves/slats, great condition, one nightstand from Urban Outfitters (GREAT condition)]
* Rugs: [e.g., two bohemian area rugs, one vintage-style runner]
* Art & Decor: [Framed prints, ceramic vases, decorative mirror, picture ledges]
* Electronics: [large TV (no remote, but universal remote will work, great condition), second large TV (remote included), FireTV stick

* Prices range from $5 for art and such to $ [150 for furniture].

* First come, first served—no holds unless paid in full via Venmo or cash if necessary—Venmo preferred
🚚 Important Info:
* Must bring your own truck/vehicle and muscle to load larger furniture. I cannot help with lifting or transporting items.
* Everything comes from a clean, smoke-free home with one very fat orange cat (he’s responsible for the frayed upholstery on the bedframe!!)
