Issues with the chair:
* The back foam has warn out. I've replaced with similar foam by opening it up (zipper) and placing foam in
* The back shock no longer works. What this means is the back of the chair will not spring up on it's own. You will have to lift the lever and pull the back into the up right position. You can still lean it back in any of the positions and lock it, just doesn't come back up by itself
* The controller is rather beat up (see picture). The power button is completely gone but this is used to stop a massage early. It still runs through it's programs just fine to completion. Some of the other buttons are worn off as well.
Still massages just fine though. It was given to my by my dad who used it in his office for years and he closed up his practice. It's simply too big for my area so getting rid of it.
Has a surge protector with outlets mounted to the back so you can plug other items in for power (phone charger for example)
