Fruitwood (?) Shield back Hepplewhite dining chairs - RARE polychrome hand painted - 5 with “watered” moire - type stripe upholstery and 2 with complementary colored Kravet silk Stripe.
Armchair measures 23 wide with a seat height of 19 and arm height is 27;!overall depth is about 17 and rear height is 38 inches
Side chairs measure 20 wide x about 15 deep and 38 high
Use the six side chairs in your dining room and the armchair as a desk chair - or side chair in the living room.
They are all in exquisite condition - about 70 or so years old, and, at $500 each, superior to anything modern-made you could hope to purchase
