Solid Indonesian hardwood (heavy!) stained dining room set, with 4 chairs and a bench seat that seats 2-3. When not expanded, table is round shape at 46 inches in diameter, with a recessed pedestal base. In expanded mode, with center leaf added, the table expands to an oval shape at 62 inches long that can now seat 8-10. There are minor nicks/scratches on the table and chairs, and one chair was sanded to see how the wood pattern would look like and to see if we were going to sand everything and add new stain. We were going to, but bought a new table recently. We would suggest that the buyer DOES sand/re-stain all, as it would be more beautiful than currently, we think! All heavy steel quality connections, clasps, and adjusters are here, including the leaf operating mechanism (see photos). We bought this dining set in 2001, at well over $2000, so it is relatively new.
