Sofa and loveseat combo available for pickup in Georgetown. $45 for the set. I cannot deliver, transport, or help carry - so you will need a truck and at least two people to pick these up. These are in a 3rd floor apartment (no elevator).

They're in fair condition. There are several scratches and some damage from cats, so they could use some clean up.

The loveseat is 58 inches long and the sofa is 84 inches long. They're both about 38 inches in depth.
