We asked Alta Pest Control to treat for mice, where we were going to have to store things in the garage. The tech told me he would not put the traps in the garage because that would draw mice IN to the garage. I believed him and I uncovered the sofa a couple days before a buyer who was going to pay $150 for it, was coming. No damage was on it when I uncovered it.
If you want to have it reupholstered (KAD in Georgetown on Williams Dr. is great) or just put a cover over it, this is so comfortable. A mouse chewed several holes around the center console - see photos. We put a trap in the garage and caught the mouse.
From a non-smoking home. 2-recliner sofa. Two Drink and remote holders in center console. Very comfortable and lays back to your comfort level. There are some small existing holes in the back, new holes caused by mice by the center arm rest (see pix 5 & 6 - they are of the same spot) and one on the left side as you are facing it. If that arm is against a wall, no one would see it.
Color looks like photo 1 in front of brick wall. It’s 7’ wide x 33” x 36” tall at highest point.
