CONDITION DETAILS:
- CUSHIONS: In great shape with NO tears or stains! They were always stored dry inside an outdoor storage bin when not in use, so they are clean and ready to go.
- FRAMES/RATTAN: Fair/used condition. Frames are completely sturdy and structurally sound, but the set does show some typical weather wear/fading from the sun, particularly on the armrests.

DIMENSIONS (in inches):
- Couch: 51" L x 28" W x 26.5" H
- Chairs (each): 29" L x 28" W x 26.5" H
- Ottoman: 39.4" L x 19.5" W x 13.5" H
