Originally bought for my sister who lived in a tiny 500 sq. ft. rental over a garage. Worked great for her. She couldn't heft a window A/C each year and then remove it in the Fall. This unit is quickly and easily hooked to a window and then dismantled for winter storage in a closet. Very reliable. Looks brand new and still blows very cold.
All original parts are included and work correctly, including the remote. A parts guide and basic instructions have been printed and the full PDF manual is online (but not needed really).
