I have two complete 52" ceiling fans with light kits from a new build house. They're "used" as in they were installed, then immediately removed upon new house purchase. Can be purchased separately for $80 each or buy both for $150.

Each is a 5-blade reversable fin (red/brown or black/brown tone), brushed nickel finish, with 3-piece light kit including glass domes with edison bulbs and pull cords. Units were left intact for easy installation. Simply bolt to ceiling box, screw the fins on. Units were wired for separate wall switches but can be wired to a single switch or use the pull cords.

**Pictures of the fins are simply dusty from house construction.

From a new house. Non-smokers. Adult only.
