Good condition. had only easy use on a large residential lot. High performance Kohler 19hp engine starts & runs great, no issues. Fresh tune up and spark plug, fresh oil change, new fuel filter and air filter. Carburetor cleaned and fuel system flushed. New drive belt and tensioner pulley. Easy Automatic hydrostatic transmission with foot pedal control no clutching needed. 42” heavy gauge steel cutting deck. Mow in reverse feature. 3.3 gallon fuel tank. Disc brakes. Cruise control. Blades, spindles and deck belt replaced last season. Deck serviced and leveled. One new front tire, the other tires have approximately 75% tread, all hold air. This is top of the line, well-built, reliable and heavy duty garden tractor. Very easy to operate with Cub Cadet “turn tight technology” turns nearly as well a a zero turn. Not a big box store knock off, purchased new from a Cub Cadet dealer, this model sold for $3499 plus tax.
