Very good condition. One owner, had only easy use cutting a large residential lot. Runs and cuts great, ready to go to work. Kohler 22hp engine starts right up, no issues, no smoke. Carburetor cleaned, fuel system flushed. New battery. New deck belt, new spindles, pulleys and blades last season . Deck serviced & leveled. Mow in reverse feature. Easy smooth forward and reverse lever control no clutching needed. Front tires are new rear tires have about 75% tread, all hold air. 46” heavy duty steel cutting deck.
