Family member died, was left this mower. Used 2010 Cub Cadet LTX1046 Riding Mower, Kohler Courage 22HP SV715 Engine, comes with spare NEW blade, tires are new/excellent condition --- mower is not running, electric PTO clutch looks good, belts and pulleys turn, overall condition unknown, no battery.

Virtually no rust (couple small spots of rust on deck), mower is clean, grass chute and hood are in MINT condition, deck and pulleys look good too ------- virtually all the parts (seat, springs, rods, bolts, pedals, gas tank, lights, hood, switches, and knobs) are in mint condition with no cracks or other damage. Parts alone are worth a $1000 or more. I can get $500 just for the deck. Text for address. ---- $500 Cash only.

** No diagnostics or attempted startup on site. You can examine. Like a storage locker auction. Also, as my time is limited, please do not waste it by not being sure you actually want it when you get here --- I also don't have time to attend to a one hour examination.
