Raised entirely on pasture and grass with no grain finishing. This is a calm, easy-to-handle steer that has been raised with regular human interaction. He is healthy, well-grown, and ready to go.
This cow line has consistently produced excellent beef. His full sister yielded approximately 430 lbs hanging weight, and this steer is larger than she was. Previous beef from this same breeding has been exceptionally tender, flavorful, and well-marbled.
