wired for electric but i never hooked it up. 6 x10 enclosed section with dogdoor leading to a 10 x 10 covered dog pen. Has a cut out for an A/C unit. pd $4100 brand new asking 3000 hauling arrangements will need to be pd and figured out by purchaser.
