The rent really is all about how much help I can assertain for odd jobs and housework I can’t get to anymore so very adjustable ? It’s a 4 acre lot out towards castell and golf course area! I have stage 3 cancer but still mostly independent ! I just have no transportation as of right now! Old truck finally gave out before me? lol so main requirement is you have a trustworthy car for errands and Dr appointments which are few and far in between these days? Light house cleaning ,and I’m a great cook so breakfast is in the house as well ! I’m a 61 year old man . Thus is a three bedroom house and two bath ! So you will have a bath to yourself as well as a carport. Beside house not even being used for your car ! I have a locked gate as well with security cams . Entirely fenced in.
