This man is scamming people out of their money and selling defunct mowers. I have a written promise from him to refund $750 and return a mower I traded in, for a mower he sold me after he brought out two that didn't work. He is now refusing a refund, to return my mower which he's likely already taken to a chop shop, and to pick up his mower. I am filing a police report and civil lawsuit but wanted to warn any other buyers out there before he scams them. Fortunately for me -- he's left a trail of evidence and I plan on suing for the replacement cost of my mower as well as a refund.
