Please look up “Red Rock, Texas” before you say you’re interested. We are between Lockhart and Bastrop. We are an hour from Austin and an hour and a half from San Antonio, we are 45 minutes from San Marcos and an hour from New Braunfels.
For locals…. We are smack dab between Dale and Bateman off Track Rd.
We have Fresh Raw goat milk, soft cheeses and Cajeta (Carmel ), Kefir and Yogurt from my Pure Bred Nubian milk goats.

You will receive the freshest milk and know the date milked, before you come to pick up. No goaty taste whatsoever! We do have bucks on the property but they are not in close proximity.
I milk into a fine strainer after washing udders, pour immediately into an insulated Stanley cooler, cooled with stainless steel “ice cubes”. I then bring inside and after washing my hands-I RE-STRAIN through a Schwartz Milk Filter and one last strain through a coffee filter / funnel into a sterilized in a dishwasher mason jar with a plastic lid.

$10 deposit required if using my jar. BUT If you return my jar your next 1/2 gal of milk will be **FREE**. 😘 IF you bring my jars back 😘

Himalayan Salt used = H salt on ingredient list. 🧂 I am using Celtic Salt these days so I will eventually have all these rolls made with Celtic as well.
Cajeta $6 for 4 oz.
Plain GREEK Yogurt $12/quart jar
Plain Kefir $10/quart (this does not include grains) (* if you want Kefir grains with your Kefir $14 then you can make your own at home…. LIMITED SUPPLY)
Cheese $7 per 4 oz roll. * except for #8,#9 and #10 $8
1. “Spicy Rosemary” H. Salt w/ Rosemary, Thyme & Crushed Red Pepper or Cayenne
2. “Simple Herb” H. Salt w/ Garlic, Parsley & Oregano
3. “Rosemary Cheese” H. Salt w/ Rosemary, Chopped Green Onion & Smoked Paprika
4. “Herbed Cheese” H. Salt w/ Oregano, Basil, Cumin & Parsley
5. “Garlic Chive” H. Salt w/ Garlic & Chopped chive
6. “Cranberry Walnut” H. Salt w/ Organic Cranberry preserves & finely chopped walnuts
7. “Plain Jane” H. Salt w/ just some added sea salt and that’s all
8. “Jalepeno Popper” H. Salt w/ real bacon and chopped Jalepenos with seed or without. (without is super mild) it will be marked if it has seed. Additional cost *$8 for 4 oz
9. ”Hatch Valley” H. Salt w/ 505 Hatch Valley chili, garlic powder, cumin and a little black pepper. Additional cost. *$8 for 4 oz
10. “Plain Lemon” (made with fresh Lemons) H. salt w/ Lemon Zest. Additional cost. *$8 for 4 oz
