One thing many new-comers to Emotions Anonymous have in common is a short supply of Hope. Life simply doesn't contain the fulfillment we wanted. Emotions Anonymous (EA) is a support group founded many years ago by AA members for folks with emotional problems. We find the 12 Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous to be really helpful in dealing with our emotions, other people, places, and things. We don't care who you are or what you may or may not have done, you are welcome at Emotions Anonymous. The only requirement is a desire to have a better life.
