I bought this as-is and never used it. I rolled around in the thrift store on it ...rolls great. It could use some new brake pads. I washed the cover with soap and water ...it's in great condition. The knee-pad looks brand new. To me the entire walker looks brand new, except the brakes. I would think one like this isn't quite cut out for rough terrain ...like cracks between sidewalks. The wheels are 7.5" tall. Seems ideal for smooth surfaces ..like at home or in a store. You could use it on rough terrain, I guess, if you're capable of making adjustments in sticky situations. It is advertised as indoors/outdoors ...well, 'outdoors' better be somewhat smooth. $40, Thanks
