Larger wheels to roll over cracks, rugs, rocks, etc. Has handbrakes for safety. A nice comfortable seat and a zippered bag for belongings. Folds comfortably flat for easy transport. It also is lightweight for easy lifting. This is a bargain for anyone in need. Ready to pick up in Round Rock.
