Hi, Im looking for hands-on care in Lakeway. I have a spinal cord injury and am paralyzed from the neck down. The immediate need is Saturday and Sunday morning. 7 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
The morning routine consists of a bowel program, getting me dressed and in my chair. All of this can be taught and I have an electric lift so there are never manual transfers. And there will always be someone there to assist.
The other opening is Monday through Friday 8 a.m. -11 a.m. You would be someone to help with my showering and dressing. Medical knowledge and experience would be great but if you're willing to learn we've trained people before. I'm looking for someone who is reliable and pleasant to be around. We like to keep everything clean and organized so that things run as smoothly as possible. It’s a pleasant work environment and we’re fortunate to have worked with people for years.
