🔑 Your Role
As our RDA, you’ll be the right hand to the doctor and a calming presence for our patients. Duties include:
Chairside assisting for fillings, crowns, and restorative care
Taking X-rays and impressions
Sterilization & infection control (you know the flow, and keep us compliant)
Patient education & comfort (help them relax, explain what’s next)
Anticipating needs and staying one step ahead (initiative matters!)
✅ We’re Looking For
Texas RDA License in good standing
CPR certified
1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred (but new grads welcome — we love fast learners!)
Positive energy, adaptability, and a true team player mindset
Strong communication skills (patients should feel safe and cared for in your hands)
