Hi there! I'm Alex and I am looking for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. I want the house to be as close to downtown Austin as possible.

Me, my brother, and my 16 month old daughter would be the only tenants. My brother needs an extra room to use as an office and one room will be my daughter's. We both have perfect rental histories, 600+ credit scores, and make combined on average 10k a month. We also have a cosigner if needed.

We are looking to start the lease starting July 1st if possible so we can have some overlap for the move with our current leases.

If you have something along these lines please reach out to me as I am trying to sign a lease ASAP.
