Responsible Single Dad Seeking 3BR/2BA Near Central Austin (Austin)

I’m a single dad in my mid-40s seeking a three-bedroom, two-bath home, duplex, or apartment near Central Austin for myself and my two wonderful children. We are looking to move in sometime in July or August, with some flexibility to move in slightly earlier or later.
I work 100% remotely for a large corporation, and I have excellent credit (exceptional, above 800). I am quiet, kind, introspective, and very responsible.
My children are a 9-year-old daughter and a 7-year-old son. Both are gifted, intelligent, respectful, and enrolled in Austin ISD’s Gifted and Talented program. We enjoy recreational activities together, and I love cooking for the family. We also own a well-behaved cat.
Ideally, we are seeking something around $2,000/month, but I am open to negotiation for the right home. I am happy to provide excellent references from my current landlord.
