Vintage NAMBE chip and dip serving dish. Never used and carefully stored but it has moved to a few houses over the years. A few scuff marks b/c of the heft and weight of the piece.
Measures approx. 14” L x 10” W by 3.5” D
Other uses might be for hot or cold veggies for holiday meals, salads, fruit, potatoes and gravy, shrimp cocktail and sauce, etc.
Nambe is known for its highly reflective finish, which makes it a challenge to photograph! Originating near Santa Fe, NM, Nambe is also known for its functional art pieces, and this one has a mid-century or contemporary vibe. Sure to become a valuable family heirloom, meant to be passed from generation to generation as this was.
Shiny metal alloy serving dishes from Nambe can be used hot or cold. Pre chill or pre heat prior to adding food to keep food hot or cold for several hours.
