It works but it has always had the issue (since I bought it and it is a known issue according to the reviews) that the clock starts to fall behind slowly by seconds which eventually become minutes so that it goes off later and later. I had to reset the clock every 2 weeks. It wasn't the biggest deal, but now that I'm traveling a lot, it's one more thing I don't want to have to worry about before I leave because I have a camera to make sure they are eating and so I wanted to get online at the correct time.
I bought the 3-way attachment separately from Etsy for about $30, the company doesn't make these but the Etsy seller made them specifically for this feeder. It was the best thing for 3 cats so they each had their own bow.
