PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post ads
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Involvement in networking events, job fairs and other programs
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Strong written and oral communication.
Capable of identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions independently.
Desire to take initiative and ask questions.
Excellent organizational skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Develops and maintains professional relationships with colleagues.
Maintain confidential files.
May be assigned additional duties, depending on experience.
Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs.
Ability to protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
High school or equivalent education.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
