* Thai Massage - 75 mins up to 3hrs
An Art from Thailand that includes stretching, compression techniques to help with the range of motion.
The Attached Pictures are examples of Thai Massage, which Traditionally is done with clothes on, so only disrobe to your comfort level, you should always feel safe.
* Lomi Lomi - 1 hour to 3 hours
A Hawaiian art that mimics the Movement of the Ocean Waves 🌊 Very smooth transitions and continuous flow ~
Primarily using forearms, when moving up the therapist circumducts their wrist to oscillate the ulna bone, and one arm leads into the other to continue the technique back down.
* Swedish Massage with Focus - 1 hour up to 3 hours
Includes Deep Tissue and some techniques from other modalities if interested. 2 hours should be plenty, but I've done 3 hours on my crunchiest clients and they needed it🤣
