We are hiring a Skilled Laborer / Construction Helper for full-time work installing patio covers, screen rooms, and exterior structures in Austin.
If you have construction, general labor, or hands-on experience and want steady work, this is a solid opportunity.
PAY + SCHEDULE:
$17/hour
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Assist with patio cover & screen room installation
Measure, cut, and pre-drill materials
Use tools: tape measure, chop saw, impact drill
Work on ladders installing framing and panels
Load/unload materials
Help with caulking, paint touch-ups, and finishing work
Keep job sites clean
REQUIREMENTS (READ BEFORE APPLYING):
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
Must pass background check
Able to lift 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors
Comfortable on ladders
Able to follow direction and work with a crew
GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
Construction labor experience
Skilled labor or helper experience
Framing / installation experience
General labor background
NOT A FIT IF:
No license or transportation
Cannot pass background check
Don’t take direction well
Don’t want physical outdoor work
