Our goal is to provide a safe, speedy, clean, friendly experience to the carwash customers.
Expectations:
Provide Exceptional customer service every minute. We smile, give friendly greetings, listen,
answer questions, and maintain a positive body posture.
The carwash facility is kept clean according to company standards and the tunnel is kept
uncluttered.
Keep an eye on damage to customer cars. When loading onto the conveyor spot any damage.
Report any damage to manager.
Maintain good physical conditioning so the following activities can be sustained over time:
bending, lifting up to 50lbs. stooping, climbing, standing for long periods of time, pushing,
pulling, and walking regularly throughout the day.
Handle physically demanding conditions such as rain, wind, heat, confined spaces, and high
volume.
Responsibilities:
Serve our customers in a friendly manner with a big smile.
Be the team leader and follow our systems
Maintain a clean appearance according to our standards.
Train procedures and enforce them.
Show up on time every day, every time.
Make sure cars are leaving clean, according to the packages (vacuum, windows,
interiors)
