The Liberty Group is currently seeking experienced Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in the Austin area! If you have a passion for maintenance, enjoy solving problems, and want consistent work with a company that values your experience, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Complete service requests and resident work orders
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
Perform preventative maintenance
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Maintain exceptional customer service while working in occupied communities
Qualifications:
EPA Certification (Required)
Previous apartment maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
