We are hiring Construction Laborers for Road Maintenance projects in South Austin. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for dependable candidates ready to work long hours and travel when needed.
Location:
South Austin (travel within Texas required as needed)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
5:00 AM until work is complete
Approximately 60–70 hours per week
Weekends as needed
Pay:
Up to $1,200.00 weekly
Paid every Friday
Job Duties:
Assist with road maintenance and construction operations
Concrete work and tasks related to road maintenance
General labor duties at construction sites
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
Ability to work early mornings and long shifts
Must be available to travel within Texas when needed
Reliable transportation
Construction experience required (concrete work or road maintenance related)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
